How To Set Froute In NEC SV8100

Automatic route selection, F-route, Least cost routing in NEC PBX provides call routing and digit translation based on the digits a user dials. F route consists of look up tables that compare the dialed digits and decide which translation table should be used. The decision can optionally be depandant on time and day of the week. The translation table will then delete and / or add digits to select the trunk group and seize the outgoing trunk.

Programming:

1. In 11-01-01 select the digit 0 to 9, select number of digits and select type 6 -F route

2. In 44-01-01 Select 0 for No time schedule

3. In 44-02-01 Select the dial digits from 0 to 9 in dial analysis table 1 choose separate table for other digits 0 to 9

4. In 44-02-02 select service type as "2 ARS/F route table

5. In 44-02-03 select additional data 1 for ARS/F route table between 1 to 500 choose different table for different dial patterns

6. In 44-02-04 select 1 for dial tone simulation after dialing the digit selected in 11-01-01

7. In 44-05-01 select the Froute table used in prog 44-02-03, input the trunk group number

8. In 44-05-02 select 1-255 (digits) if you want to delete the leading digits

Note: This program is sufficient for normal ARS/Froute to function, for time based Froute need to add more commands.

Night Mode Timing Setup in NEC SV8100 and AspilaEx

Night Service allows system users to activate one of the Night Service modes to put the system operation in that mode. Night Service redirects calls to their night mode destination, outgoing class change etc... A user typically activates Night Service after normal working hours, when telephone operators are unavailable to answer calls.
This system has very flexible night service patterns than compared to any other PBX.

There are eight Service Modes available. At default, the mode names are named as:

Mode 1 = No setting
Mode 2 = Night
Mode 3 = Midnight
Mode 4 = Rest
Mode 5 = Day2
Mode 6 = Night2
Mode 7 = Midnight2
Mode 8 = Rest2

These names can be changed as follows by programming 12-07 select Night mode service group number: 01 to 32

Mode            Text Data
1                  Day 1

2                  Night 1

3                  Mid night 1

4                  Rest 1

6                  Night 2

7                  Mid night 2

8                  Rest 2

There are 32 Service Patterns/Groups, 10 time patterns, 20 time settings are available which can be interlinked to extensions and trunks. Night service can be activated either manually using access codes or automatically and single system can have multiple night service time patterns for different extension.

For instance operator extension can be in night service pattern 01 which starts night service at 18:00 hrs and the outgoing calls can be disabled and incoming will be routed to other users, late hours working personals can have different service pattern 02 which starts night service at 19:00 hrs, beyond this time outgoing calls can be disabled.
