Automated Attendant Programing in NEC Aspire System

Voice Response system in NEC Aspire

Automated attendant automatically answers outside calls, plays a per-recorded greeting and then lets the outside callers directly dial system extension, Department calling groups and voice mail. 

Automated attendant provides immediate answering and routing of outside calls without the need for an operator.

The recording procedure for messages for VRS.

To Record / Replay / Erase VRS messages

1.    Lift handset or Press SPK
2.    Dial service code (716)
3.    Dial 7 to record , 5 to Replay and 3 to Erase
4.    Dial VRS message number (01 to 48)

Start speaking in to the phone and hang-up once completed.

Programming required for VRS Basic setup for Analog CO lines


1.    22-02-01=1  Assign for required line as  VRS 

2.    25-02-01=1  Assign the talkie as VRS with VRS message number (01-48) in additional data field for required trunks

3.    22-04-01 for incoming ring group no 1 assign operator extension number for landing calls after playing message.

Programming required for VRS Basic setup for DID trunks


1.    22-02-01=3  Assign DID for required trunk lines particularly for PRI 

2.    25-02-01=1  Assign the talkie as VRS with VRS message number (01-48) in additional data field for required trunks

3.    22-04-01 for incoming ring group no 1 assign operator extension number for landing calls after playing message.

Programming for DID call routing

 
1.   22-11-01=        Assign the exact receiving digits from CO line

2.   22-11-02        Transfer destination to extension based on digits received in previous program, leave it blank if you want to assign message

3.   22-11-05        Assign 400 to play message no 01 as automated attendant message
